The Bozzuto Properties Management Group designed this clubhouse as a classy place for residents of The Residences at Monarch to exercise, swim, grab coffee, unwind after work, or entertain guests.
I had the pleasure of working with Benchmark throughout the construction of our beautiful clubhouse at The Monarch at Waugh Chapel. Benchmark’s expertise in storefront was showcased early and often. When the Owner selected the Hopes Storefront System, Benchmark quickly jumped into action and explained to us that the HOPES System was a hand-made product that carried a 26-week lead time to produce. Benchmark’s ability to provide accurate lead times for their material was key in the success of the project.
In addition, Benchmark effectively collaborated with the interior designer, architect and Bozzuto through countless design changes issued by the owner. When it came to installing the storefront on site, we we’re hands off. Benchmark consistently met or exceeded our construction schedule. As a general contractor, having a subcontractor like Benchmark was a life saver.

Benchmark partnered with HOPE'S Windows to craft a customized system of windows to fulfill the architects desires for this beautiful clubhouse. Layering in some classy NanaWall and glass provided by Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions finished this project off very nicely.
